Having retired as Chief General Manager from the State Bank Group, he has managed large-scale banking operations, corporate finance, stressed assets, and human resource development.

Currently serves as a Group Advisor for the Ostwal Group, with 9 years of experience in this role.
Provided strategic guidance on financial operations, risk assessment, and banking procedures to organizations like Barefoot College, Action Tesa, MS Steel Group (Dubai), and Acero Steel (USA).

Mr. Shiromani Kant

Vice President - Marketing

Mr. Shiromani Kant brings over 22 years of diverse and enriching experience across national and international markets, with a strong foundation in both Agri Input and Output sectors. His career spans B2B, B2C, Key Account Management, and Retail operations, with deep expertise across a wide spectrum of Agri Inputs including Bulk and Specialty Fertilizers, Seeds, Agrochemicals, and Farm Implements. He has successfully led cross-functional domains such as Business Operations, Institutional Sales, Marketing, Farmer Training Programs, Trading, Supply Chain Management, Strategic Planning, Shipping, Contract Development, and Price Negotiations.

His capabilities also extend to MIS and business process digitization.
A passionate AgriTech advocate, he is deeply committed to sustainable agricultural practices.
Over the course of his career, Mr. Kant has held leadership roles in reputed organizations such as Tata Chemicals, Afriventures Kenya Pvt. Ltd., Infosys, SABIC India, and ACME Cleantech.
Mr. Kant is an alumnus of MANAGE, Hyderabad, and has also completed the Senior Leadership Programme at IIM Lucknow.
